Grief Processing Space (with Jewish Ritual and Somatic Processing)

Grief work is holy work. Grief work is required for processing trauma. “Grief is the medicine” per Malkia Devich Cyril (this podcast is highly recommended listening prior to coming together.) Jewish ritual has understood the profound power of, and need for, communal grief ritual. We will gather for some somatic, embodied processing as well as some Jewish prayer to help us communally tend the collective grief we are living through.

We ask for RSVPs for this event here to have enough space and materials to tend everyone well. Location: the Iyengar Yoga Center in Burlington.
